What Can I Recommend for the Improvement of the Fieldtrip and Seminar Program?

          Our Field Trip and Seminars Program was originally already been planned last semester. But due to the strict policy of “Third-Year-Standing”, a lot of students who were already prepared and sure to take the subject were not able to enroll the said subject. As a result, there were only 20 students who were allowed to take up the program. Furthermore, the expense of the trip per student had definitely increased. With that, we had a difficult time to gather that much money to pay for our major field trip. So I recommend for the subject to have no pre-requisite so that anyone could join the trip any year they want. 
     I observed that most of the companies we had visited tackled about networking. And it really annoys me because of the repetitive topic, although there are differences in each company. So I also recommend to choose companies who handles different fields and discusses different topic from other company.
